Healthy bones are very important to lead an active life. For my part, I cut out of the extra calorie version chicken curries, and opted for grilled versions instead. Pastas with cheese and meat and cheese toping became a strict no-no but what do I do about those extra cheese pizzas. Well, even that was not hard to solve. I started having lesser portions of my favorite Pizzas and ate lots of salads with it to compensate the meal. Another option was to order for a thin crust pizza and to top it with veggies instead of meat. Yet another way was to order for half the cheese and extra sauce. So, now I can eat to my heart's delight without worrying about those extra pounds.
